Warm reception on arrival. Room availability earlier than scheduled time. Dialing "O" for easy accessibility to all services. Affordable Rm Service. Convenient location.
Needed to request extra roll of toilet paper. Electrical outlet in bathrm (#825) was not working properly.

Friendly Bell Captains and Valets. The front desk gentlemen that checked me in was a little dry, but OK.

The conference meals were delicious; the rooms were spacious and clean; and the staff was very responsive to requests. (My hair dryer died so I called Housekeeping and I got a brand-new replacement within 7 minutes. Thank you!)
