Main reason for choosing Colony Inn: Location
Comfortable room, above average breakfast offerings, microwave in room.
Although it was nice that the efrigerator in 317 has a "freezer" section, it did not seem to have a way to adjust the temperature of the refrigerated section, and it ran very cold, freezing items on middle shelves.

Main reason for choosing Colony Inn: Rate
We requested a handicap room as my sister has some issues. The room was spacious, clean.Breakfast was included and was great . Staff friendly and helpful Basically: Awesome
We had room 232. Parking was in back and would have to climb a flight of stairs. Or we could park out front , but had to go thru lobby. Other than that..it was great
