Main reason for choosing Hyatt Centric Arlington: Location
I liked the quick check in process, the sincere friendliness of all staff, dining options, location near Arlington (my main reason for the visit) and the ease of getting over to the Mall and all the sight seeing one could want. I expected parking difficulty but not once had to park far from the elevator, a big plus in mid-winter garages. I would definitely book Hyatt Centric again!

Yasmin was very helpful at check in
I made a mistake with my reservation dates. I flew in late Wed. night but had reservations for Thursday. The initial guest check in person was indifferent to my plight, rude and unhelpful. Yasmin briefly stopped helping her customer to suggest he call to find another hotel for me. He went through the motions. If Yasmin had not stepped up to the plate, my impression of the hotel would have been very negative.
