Hilton Arlington

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean.

The only thing we had an issue with is we called the front desk and reserved a taxi for transportation to Dallas Love Field the next morning. The taxi was on the front desk clerk’s recommendation. We had an early flight and had to leave at 5:30am so we thought it would work out better than an Uber. We were told it would be $35. When we got to the airport, the driver charged us $55 in cash only. And, we were not in traffic at all. We felt like we got scammed... and he was lucky we had enough cash. We were told we could charge the fee. Idk if the front desk should recommend this taxi driver... especially if they’re not aware of his extra charge and request for cash only.

A little over-priced for the hotel received

Very nice hotel. Have stayed there several times before. The location is great and provides easy access to area activities and sporting events.

The parking lot on the west side is pretty tight and a bit of a challenge when there are lots of pick-ups with bumper hitches sticking out. We did find more parking on the north side which was easier to get in and out. Also, the person checking us in was unaware of the free shuttle that picks up behind the hotel and takes people to the Rangers game and back. We found out about it and saved some money by taking it instead of the hotel shuttle.

The staff were wonderful from front desk to housekeeping, always pleasant and would go out of their way to offer help. Very observant and saw the needs and offered help before even being asked.

This was not the hotels problem, but the road construction made it a little more difficult coming and going.

Conveyances of the hotel, bar/restaurant was great.

Cushion out front were wet after it rained, didn't realize unit my bum was wet.

Amazing view of six flags!!
