The Skydome and the staff at the front desk.

I did not like that there was no music in the Skydome

Helpfulness of personnel; free access to wifi and computers; pleasant atmosphere; good bathroom and beds

The area was convenient and close to the train to ride to all the attractions. I liked the fact that it was close to the store, the mall and major highways. The cost per night was cheap compared to other hotels and it was nice inside and out. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and great food, but very expensive.

You had to pay for parking per day at the hotel. I bought chocolate milk at the hotel and it was spoiled. The wifi was not free. Customer service was decent but every person at the front desk had different answers which caused confusion among guests.

The staff was good, they did the best they could have with the given situation. The fitness center was one of the best that I have experienced in a hotel.

We arrived two hours after check-in and our room was not ready. When we arrived in our room there wasn't a microwave nor refrigerator. There was no free breakfast supplied. Also, parking was $26 which we paid for and didn't get a parking spot in the hotel parking garage. The hotel parking attendant had us park in a fire lane. When it was brought up the the parking attendant that he had directed us to a fire lane, the attendant stated that the hotel management was aware of the situation and it would be OK. After talking to the manager of the hotel, they had stated that they were not aware of the parking situation and were not allowed to have any communications with the parking contractor because it was a third party company. We were told that we would have to find parking somewhere else.
