The hair dryer didn't work and the desk clerk immediately brought up another one. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

People in the hallway outside my door woke me up at 2:30 am making a loud racket that lasted about 15 minutes.Thought the breakfast could have been better esp.the eggs.

The cleanliness! It's close proximity to my meeting the next morning.

Sheets looked stained/dirty

When we were leaving, the 2 maintenance people who were keeping an eye on the desk while the clerk was gone for a few minutes, were most gracious and helpful; the clerk was a nice young man, as well. The room was very clean--no dirt collecting in corners or on the floor at the baseboards, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the hand-held shower head and there certainly are plenty of safety bars around the tub enclosure. The complimentary breakfst was alright also, tho a boiled egg might've been nice to go with the yogurt.

We occupied room 109. The pillows were rather flat, and the coverlet between the 2 sheets was situated too far down, so that it only reached below our chests when pulled over us; our shoulders and upper arms were cold with just 2 layers of sheets, and it was too much trouble to pull everything out at the bottom of the bed to remake it. Note: We are not large persons. Also, while the bathrm was quite clean, including nicely maintained caulking around the tub, however, a section of the caulk where the tub and floor meet was yellow and most unpleasant looking. One other comment ab the bathrm: The shower curtain is too long and due to the force of the water from the shower head, the drain can't handle the amt of water even if the water isn't on too long, so the tub fills a bit and the curtain soaks in the water. I'd think the curtain isn't changed between every rental and it need not be, esp if it's short enof not to hang in the tub water. All in all, this hotel is clean which is of utmost importance, and we both really were satisfied with our 1 night stay. Despite my possibly picky comments, I truly don't expect miracles from a business that services so very many people, but you did ask! And, yes, we'd stay again would we need accommodations in the Appleton area.

The bathroom floor had long hair in the corners, as did the tub and the sink area. The floor in the room was very "lumpy" under the carpeting. Also, the spread on one of the beds was not clean. It was very noisy outside our room in the morning. The price we paid for this mess was WAY overboard! Would have asked for another room if we had noticed some of these things before unpacking...
