Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Reception desk staff (nice and helpful) the pool (not large and therefore not too busy \ full!) / bathroom / toilet. kitchenette (small, but all the trimmings)

Entrance / driveway of the hotel (it's just searching!) lighting garage ... (off automatically, but going too fast again!) limited amount of water per appt! (Regular cold showers!)

Hey I had seen the documents that recceptionen would not be staffed on Sunday when we arrived. Had been coded to come in and took it for granted that there would be instructions on how to get room key, such as that it was in an envelope on the counter. Nothing existed. Called a number of calls (for good money but it was mostly calls me to make contact via intermet. Used ago a local tel.nr but they did not understand a word of English. After an hour of attempts by various types was a guest who understood my English and could then formulate the question. We then obtained a code that would use the existing safe and room key could be picked out. What would I have acted to avoid this ridiculous situation???? Can not believe that a hotel in Antibes should have acted procedures for receiving guests including a Sunday evening???
