L'hôtel répondait à nos besoins -parfait pour une seule nuit- car très calme bien qu'en ville. Bien qu'ayant une fenêtre, j'aurais tendance à la claustrophobie du fait d'être au 1er étage sur une toute petite cour complètement fermée...mais, fatiguée, j'ai bien dormi...
Pour plusieurs jours, je trouverais la chambre trop petite et préfèrerais la vue sur le lac...

Personnel agréable, souriant. emplacement trés bien. déco et confort trés bien. petit déjeuner trés bien. L'hotel a su s'adapter au marathon de annecy et c'est trés bien !

Very good location in the city (near Lake Station, Center City). Parking near the post with a preferred rate. Staff very friendly and professional. Rooms: Although small, very comfortable.
Catastrophic quality TV reception. My room was not alone in this case. No bar or restaurant space except for breakfast (again, very small space).

Very bad reception!The hotel have a problem of very bad smells from the sewage,They know about this problem,we came for 3 nigts,after 2 dayes they changed our room and then when we left we got a discount.Most of the recaption workers are in a very low dtandard and really dont care about the tourits.
