Clean, tidy, good facilities in room, plenty of space for our family comprising four adults. Located in centre Annecy. Staff helpful and friendly. Only a one night stay but a excellent choice. Will book again.
Breakfast could start earlier.

Very good hotel, great location close to everything, particularly the train and old city, very reasonable rate. Staff were most helpful and friendly.
Our shower had a drain that was not working. We had to use the bath instead. We chose not to action anything about this during our stay because of the short duration, but this should really have been checked by the cleaners prior to our check-in.

The price is great and is close to the main station and bus depot. It is about a ten minute walk to the Old Town. Rooms are of fair size by European standard.
