Staff responsiveness when we reported an issue with a leak. Coffee in the AM was good
When there was an altercation going on outside between some guests and a cab driver, the desk clerk did not do anything, even after I asked him to call the police. Not good. Fortunately, the incident ended without further problems

Live entertainment in the lounge Saturday night.
I do not like the fact that there is no coffee pot in the room. I do not like having to get dressed to go down the elevator in to the lobby, when I first wake up. I want my coffee before I get my day started...plain and simple!
