The reception people (most especially Nicolas) were friendly, helpful and speak very good English. The hotel is new and units are equipped with kitchen, ref, microwave and utensils.
It is a few steps away from two bus stops and very near the city centre. I also like their free, unlimited wi-fi and cleaning/laundry services. Highly recommended.

Seriousness, welcome, staff very friendly, the apartment in hotel kichnette really well, the safety of underground parking, calm and discretion
