Great place, convenient-right off free way, creative design of the rooms, It was 109 degrees a nd we were glad to get to our room and enjoyed the short walk to the restraint. The site on the river is AAA

The staff was very friendly. The maid carried our luggage up stairs on a very warm day!
The charge to split a meal when sharing. $4.00 was a bit much.

Perfect location as it is close to my relatives home. I was able to attend my cousins wedding and reception right there at the Gaia and then go up to my room. Very clean and comfortable. The Woodside Grill was a very nice place to eat our meals and have a drink.

It is obvious that a new manager is at this hotel since we have been to this hotel. I think they told us she has been the there for two years, which would be correct as it has been two years since our return. Excellent job, grounds improved, the chef/food has definitely improved and the waiter in the am was very friendly, informative. I couldn't get my key to work correctly for our room and the young lady who was working the pod we were staying in assisted me until I was able to make the key work. We will return.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, the staff had the A/C on cooling the room when we checked in (very important since it was over 100 degrees out), the hotel was quiet. I liked the carpeting, too. It felt thick and clean on bare feet.

Nicest people in the World. You couldn't ask for friendlier or better service.
Front doors need weather stripping. The main light is across the room and shines right in your eyes when in bed making it impossible to read.

The restaurant it's great. The staff very attentive.
