Staff very helpful. Handy for stays before or after a cruise with airport shuttle, on site restaurant, self laundry, etc. Not the fanciest, but clean, comfortable, and most importantly--a knowledgeable and cooperative staff.

The friendliness of your staff was wonderful. Especially Sarah. We appreciated the wonderful breakfast every morning. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend Ramada to my friends if they are traveling to Anchorage. Also liked the fact that we could walk to most everything as far as sightseeing and shopping was concerned. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in Anchorage.
Need a comfortable chair in the room. Also, in room 219 the faucet was dripping (did not bother us but was concerned about the fact that it was upping your water bill!!!).

The staff were amazingly helpful, facilitating our getting around town to see attractions & run errands. The shuttle service was outstanding. Breakfast included waffles made on the spot & biscuits & gravy. Beds were comfortable. Arched shower rods greatly appreciated. We did have trouble cooling our room off. Chose opening the window over turning on the AC. Had more to do with the unseasonably cool weather than any fault of the hotel.
