1) Location
2) I asked the cleaning staff for additional conditioner & she was extremely pleasant!
1) the fact that the room flooded during the night (due to busted pipes) and my husbands luggage got extremely wet - we were not compensated for this and
2) they put us in a smaller room that had roaches - not a very comfortable stay - would never stay there again or recommend to my friends.

It is within walking distance to the Disney parks.
The hotel was not clean, the blankets had holes in them and it said it had a gift shop and restaurant when in all actuallity the restaurant no longer exists and the gift shop is in the hotel next door.
