Very little to like.
The first room we were given we noticed the door didn't lock from the outside. The pillows smelled like body odor. We asked for another room and were given one. The next room had a leaky faucet. The water came out between the faucet and the counter top and wet everything on the counter. My curling iron was wet along with all things on the counter. We resorted to using the bathtub for water.
We did complain to staff manager and were told they would comp one of the two nights.

Main reason for choosing TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland: Location
Our room was first located on the 2nd floor, but there was no elevator so we had to change rooms. There was a group of unsupervised young people running up and down the halls until after 2am. We called the front desk 3 times and were told someone would check into it, but no one did. I wanted to call the police but didn't. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
