When I checked in the staff were very polite they saw I was tired and made every effort to get me checked in swiftly and all so courteously. I felt safe traveling alone and would recommend this hotel to any of my staff traveling here to Orlando for Business.

Breakfast was poor. I hate egg patties. Turkey sausage has an odor. Coffee bad.

It was obviously an older hotel that had been remodeled. Not up to Marriott standards.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, espcially the front desk staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, which was included, was very satisfying in that it was good quality, wash fresh and hot, and there was plenty of choice.
