Cabogata Beach Hotel

Overall good, but too noisy at night especially during weekends. Staff generally very good except for some unprofessional waiters.

The hotel represented excellent value for money, we were on an all inclusive deal. The staff were extremely polite and they were always trying to satisfy the customers, at times it could get a little crowded at the pool bar and the main bar but it was down to the lack of staff. The barman Jesus was brilliant at diffusing any tensions arising out of the lack staff, another point, when either the pool bar or the main bar is busy they should introduce a proper queing system. I noticed that some people waited their turn only to be ignored (not intentionally) in favour of others not prepared to wait.

Complaints ONLY THE RESTAURANT AS A VARIETY FANTA DESSERTS AND FISH ESPUTENDO: ALL INCLUSIVE WITH FIRST HOUR SERVICE MARKS AND ALL OUTDOOR LUNCH AND SNACK FOR CHILDREN (PIZZA-SNACKS-BURGER-FRIED POTATOES, ETC) PS: There was no tip sheet ROOM IN TONI .- greetings
