It was clean, quiet and very nice. Breakfast was okay. I would have liked to see some hot tea offered, and the food a little warmer.
The mattresses were well worn, and not comfortable. We kept rolling into the middle. The bath room was beautiful and roomy, but I was unable to reach the toilet tissue comfortably. It should be a little closer to the commode.

We had a good room facing South, away from the busy street. Rooms on the North side might be pretty noisy.
Cleaning staff was efficient but had no command of the English language. They ignored the little sign on the bed NOT to bother changing the sheets.

The layout of the room with bed separated by a half wall with couch and chair was nice. It allowed us someplace to sit other than on the bed
1) one key never worked and 1 key worked once then we couldn't get in. Luckily I was in the room to let my husband back in from getting ice
2) not enough towels (which were very hard feeling)
3) the traffic noise was horrible (all night long)

The whirlpool tub was great. the breakfast was decent.
The bed was not very comfortable compared to other hotels we like, such as the Double Tree, and the bathroom vanity had no countertop to place toiletries on.

The location and cleanliness of the room. Room was very comfortable.
Slow elevator and pool area was too hot for my liking!

The bed, pillows, bathroom, tv, quiet room, good parking.
For me, the breakfast was too early and I missed it both mornings! The first morning, I was sure that it went until 10 so I arrived at 9:45. The second morning, I really tried to get there before 9:30, but couldn't make it. So I missed out on that.
