No maid service worked fine except, for trash pick-up. There needs to be a place or an arrangement to take out trash.

Very convenient location with good restaurants & shopping close at hand.
The front desk personnel did not seem very efficient, long waits and could have been much friendlier. I felt the room was over priced for what you got.

Room was nicely laid out and appointed. The small cafe that served breakfast was excellant. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The friendliness of your front desk staff. They were great.
I am sorry to say for such a nice hotel the room was very dirty and for what was paid for the room I was not impressed at all with the cleanliness. I had to re-make my bed (the sheet was on sideways & while doing so stepped on something gross that had not been vacuumed off the floor - room was also very dusty. Recommend on the friendliness but not on the cleanliness.
