The hotel was very good and especially the Level floor was great. Situation of the hotel was very nice near the beach and the harbour and also the Alicante city.

The Junion Suite on the Level was great, very big and nicely furnished with two balconies.
Sometimes there was some bad smell somewhere. I do not especially like the carpets as they make the room feel a bit ´worn´and smelling not so good. It would be nice to have a clear book in the room on the services of the hotel, e.g. what restaurants at which floor, when they are open. How to use the pool, e.g. from where to get the towels.
