Free shuttle service to metro and free parking. Only a 20 minute metro ride to downtown DC. Breakfast area was nicely spread out with adequate selection and quantity. Staff replenished food when necessary.

Breakfast was OK, but service was slow when dinning area was busy many items were not refilled on a timely basis.
The bed was not very comfortable, Hampton Inn beds are better

Very clean. Great layout.
Most hotels don't have a fan in the bathroom. I would like that. Beds are firm and I'm use to memory foam. Still slept good and enjoyed our stay.

Clean & comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
As a woman, the lighting was not adequate for applying make-up. The kitchen staff were friendly, but not prompt refilling breakfast items.

The location and facility was great. All the employees were nice, especially David and Lori. The pool and jacuzzi were great, too.
The food was not real tasty at the breakfast but it was part of the cost.

Convenient location to National Harbor, availability of breakfast,
Cramped room, stains on carpeting, hair and dust on walls, thin walls --guests next door woke us up when they came to their room at midnight, television reception poor for many HD channels
