I love Kimptons because they truly are dog friendly. Water bowls everywhere, bowls delivered to your room, and No extra fees.

I wish the restaurant had outdoor seating as we did have our dog and would’ve like to dine in a nice place without leaving him in the room. Which we won’t do.

Very reliable service and quality of rooms/facilities. Nice location

There was a power outage, but the staff were well prepared and the wireless worked, so I did not mind the loss of cable television. However upon check-in I was told that there would be "complimentary 24-hour wireless" without mentioning that I would have to sign up for any special service. This was resolved on check-out, but in the future this "offer" should include the conditions to make it clear that there is a cost involved.

We really loved the restaurant. Our breakfasts were delicious, and we dined one evening there, and it was really good. Excellent staff at the restaurant. Also, the guys at the curb were extremely helpful and friendly.

The only comment here is hotel design. We prefer a bathroom with more privacy. Also, complimentary coffee in the mornings in the lobby would be a nice touch.
