The front office desks were very nice and friendly.
The bathroom.Kept having cold water coming even if l needed hot water.

The room was well-equipped, well-appointed and clean. The breakfast was very good (except that there probably should have been a microwave or some panini-toaster-like device to prepare the English-muffin + scrambled-egg round + cheese so that the egg could be warmed and the cheese melted (but that is asking a lot)).
No complaints at all: I was very satisfied.

Our room was quite quiet...we actually slept well.
Ask for a first floor room if you have any mobility issues.

Went out to dinner and shopping.
The heat was not working and the television's volume was very low and did not go up. The bathroom was freezing and the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold.
