Being on the club floor made it convenient for breakfast and viewing the hot air balloons. Bambi was especially nice and helpful.
Did not like the bed linens. The starched sheets and heavy duvet were uncomfortable and noisy.

This was my 4th or 5th stay at the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport. I like the ease of access to the hotel, the staff has always been genial and helpful. The rooms for me are an oasis of comfort...the bedding, the sink area the access to elevators, the restaurant and the dependable shuttle service for painfully early flights unfold seamlessly. Recommend it to my friends when they are in need. It meets my needs and expectations completely. I definitely will use it again and

Extremely cordial, helpful people.
The tub was awful, we put a plastic bag in it to take a shower. Black marks all over the bottom, it looked filthy. We want to come back, but if the tub looks that bad, we will not return.

Proximity to the airport
The TV did not work well and they could not fix it. Also, the heat made a horrible noise and could not be turned off.

Everything! The wonderful warm blankets on the bed, the room service, the airport monitors in the lobby so i knew my flight was still on time - a great job on everything!

The peace and quiet...clean rooms , beautiful pool. the food was good. I did notice the food not being as good the second time around.
The first visit was better than the second. you changed your computers and you should have kept the older version. it was much better. staff was also a lot nicer the beginning of the week. also when a person checks in at midnight it would be nice if they could stay in the room a little later than 12 on checkout...that is really only a half a day and jet blue has night flight now.
