IT WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN I LOVED IT.
NEEDED A SODA AND WENT 6 DIFFERENT FLOORS, AND NOT ONE MACHINE WORKED. HAD TO GO TO LOBBY FOR A SODA..LADY AT DESK WAS VERY NICE....SO WERE THE OTHER TWO MEN THERE....THEY HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING..... CLEANING CREW MADE SO MUCH NOISE. LAUGHING AND TALKING HALLWAY WE COULDN'T SLEEP IN.. THE UNDERPASS TO CONVENTION CENTER BEING UNDER CONSTRUCTION MADE FOR A VERY COLD WALK....

I enjoyed the view, I enjoyed the quiet, I enjoyed the food at La Oja, The people were fantastic. The check in was simple and easy, the check out was quick and painless - no surprises.
The parking lot is small so you should get a place early in the evening or you'll end up walking a little ways

The staff made my stay the best I have ever experienced. They were constantly attentive and responsive. Your shuttle service was especially helpful. The restaurant downstairs also did a very admirable job. I had the opportunity to compare your facilities with the Hyatt one block away. Your rooms were cleaner, your staff was much more attentive and hospitable, your room rates were lower. Thank you!

Bathroom smelled of urine. Heating unit too noisy, and it took hours to warm up the room.
The tap water made horrible tasting tea. The space under the door was too wide which made it noisier and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was nice.
My workshop started at 8:00 AM so I thought I would get a quick something at the Starbucks stand, but it was closed on Sunday.
