Friendly staff, airport shuttle, deck with chairs, breakfast.
I can't believe there is no elevator! The staff was helpful in getting our bags to the second floor, but I have bad knees and wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I had know I would have to use stairs. I'm pretty sure this is illegal with the ADA.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet location. Good breakfast and appreciate nachos and popcorn in late afternoon. Our favorite Albuquerque hotel.

The 2nd floor business center is a great idea, having a computer that is faster able to print at that location would make it even better.
