I did not get my wake up call which made me miss my flight and turned my travel time from 2 1/2 hrs to 13get hrs. I live in vermont and decided to stay in albany so i would have to get up so early to get my 7 am flight. OUTRADIOUS! !!!!

The young man at the desk was very helpful...
Smoke alarm in the first room keep beeping...He attempted to fix it but it kept beeping every minute. I was moved to another room. However, this room was sadly not as clean as the first room.

It's comfortable. I feel safe when I travel alone. The staff are always friendly and efficient.
My only disappointment was that I did not receive my wake up call that I requested.

Très bon accueil à la réception.
La propreté des chambres laisse beaucoup à désirer. Il fallait laver le bain avant de l'utiliser.

Although it is an older building, it is well kept and clean. Only a couple of miles from the airport, it is perfect for early or late flights. The shuttle bus arrived 2 minutes after our call and was perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and shopping also. Since we were returning in 2 weeks, we left the car there for considerably less than the airport parking. I will return here again next flight out.
