The carpet in the hallway and elevator was soiled. I had to request that the toilet in my room be cleaned.

The front desk people were great and it was nice to have a hot breakfast included in the price.
When we walked into the room, there were stains on the rug and it was ripped. After that we were not really able to enjoy the room and felt kind of skeeved - like everything must be dirty. It was not a good first impression and clouded our stay.

RECEIVED A COMPLAINT ABOUT TV VOICE IS HIGH FROM RECEPTION WHILE TV WAS NOT ON -THEY SAID NEIGHBOR ROOM IS COMPLAINING. BY THE WAY I REQUESTED IF THE NEIGHBOR ROOM IS AVAILABLE THROU. CONNECTING ROOM THE RECEPTIONST SAID NO BUT WHEN WE CAME TO THE ROOM WE FOUND CONNECTING ROOM

Easy access to where we were going.front desk help was pleasant.
We stayed 2 nights, got no cleaning service in our room. bed was never made, no new towels,but she did replace the coffee so we know she came in while we were gone. door keys stopped working, but it didn't matter at that point as we were leaving

The location was easy to get to. The food was good and kid friendly in the restaurant.
The bedding was not clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel nees to improve. Windows were dirty and the hotel did not have tha :sparkling clean " feeling from the minute you walked in.
