Hilton Garden Inn Albany Medical Center

Absolutely everything, from the service at the front desk, for the cleaning people ,the valet ,the breakfast workers,the fabulous breakfast and the ultimate convenience of being 2 blocks from our daughter's little apartment and across the street from Albany Law school where she'll be starting her second year . We hope that in 2 years when she graduates and also when she has to take the bar exam we will be staying at the Hilton Garden Albany medical center ! My husband had a fainting spell on his way to breakfast Sunday and thank God we were right across the street from the emergency room . He was seen not even 10 minutes after we got him across the street from the hotel and was released the next day . The staff could not book us for an extra night but I know they did everything they could including recommending other hotels where we would have to stay just one more night .

Everything was perfect!

Being so close to the hospital! Our son was in an accident and required a stay in the ICU, this location was so convienent for one of us to grab a nap.

The ac unit was a little loud in rm 711

The staff was so friendly and always went out of their way to make me and my family feel welcome. Also, this was possibly the cleanest hotel I've EVER stayed in. It was just enjoyable all around.

Convenience and comfort

How close it was to Albany Hospital. I would however never recommend anybody go to that hospital:(
