The room was nice. It was easy to park.
The remaining light in the bathroom burned out at 7:00 am. Desk clerk said the maintenance man would be in at 8:00. Never showed up! Still had no light in bathroom when we left at 11:00. Thought this could have been handled better! Tough to do normal functions in the dark!

The staff was very accommodating since there was so much construction going on during our stay. We were there for the Adam State graduation.
There were no room keys available for our rooms. Anytime we left our room, a staff member had to let us back into our room. Didn't feel safe after someone accidently let themselves into our room. They apologized stating it was their mistake and had the wrong room. We were told new room keys were coming from Denver, but they never showed while we were there.

Resturant
Exercise room was very inadequate, pool table had no balls, ping pong table had no ball, pool area had no food to sell. I understand the place was being sold, i can only hope the new owner can invest in an much needed update?

Requested non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. We were then moved to a non-smoking room that had left over food in the fridge from the prior occupant. Tried to relax at the water park and had my hand cut open on the slide which was in disrepair. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Good food in on-site restaurant. Mostly very friendly staff.
WiFi weak and unreliable - more so in rooms, less so but still not that good in lobby.

Friendly staff and nice room. Appreciated having a restaurant on site.
The heat in the room didn't work very well. Sporadic at best.
