Ever thing was great, nice folks, great rooms, yummy breakfast and 24/7 coffee bar with fresh cookies and the swimming pool was refreshing and clean

Staff very friendly! Great breakfast and evening cookies! Enjoyed the warm swimming pool and appropriately hot, hot tub. Small but nice exercise room. Would gladly stay again! Thank you!

Not sure how or if you can let people know who arrive late, like after 10:30 or so, to tread quietly. A university track team arrived at their rooms around 10:45 pm and they must have been in and out of their rooms 15-20 times, each time letting the door bang against the safety bar lock each time. Not your fault but made getting to sleep very difficult. Couldn't get sauna to work. Also the lat pull on the weight machine seemed to get stuck.

The lighting was dark, everwhere.

Always had water/coffee/treats for the guest in the lobby (even the 4 legged ones) plus they left the breakfast out past the time mentioned which was nice since we got in late the night before.

Pillows too thick....but we will bring our own next time...can't please everyone.

The king suite layout did not make any sense. The entire reason for getting a "suite" is to have a sleeping room and a living area seperated by a wall with a door. When you have two tv's less than ten feet apart, you cannot watch them at the same time.

Le prenotazioni dichiarato 2 camere vasca w / vasca idromassaggio in camera. C'era apparentemente solo uno in hotel. L'altra aveva un divano e frigorifero. Il frigorifero era tutto il tempo e la mattina ho scoperto il perché, il raffreddamento è stato girato completamente in alto e tutto il cibo che abbiamo riposto in frigorifero è stato congelato. Questo ha rovinato un po 'di cibo e ha reso molto difficile mangiare qualsiasi cibo. La seconda camera aveva anche due televisori, ma vedo poca ragione in quanto sono vicini e sia osservata su canali separati sarebbe stato impossibile a causa delle interferenze di disturbo in quanto non vi è alcuna porta o una barriera per separarli. Il personale sembrava entusiasta, ma sembrava sincerità mancanza. La sauna non si riscalda. Mi è stato detto che avrebbe potuto essere ripristinato, ma che comporterebbe noi a piedi bagnati alla reception. I segni in piscina sembrano superati, CPR incoraggia ora più di pompaggio del torace e la respirazione assistita meno. Anche alcuni segni mancava volte piscina, o erano ridondanti. La promessa ospitalità che ho letto non è mai stato menzionato e non ha mai offerta a chiunque di 'fare le cose giuste' o offrire qualsiasi ricompensa per il nostro perdite o disturbi. Vorrei rimanere in questo hotel, ma sentivo il nostro soggiorno era sotto falsi pretesti e gradirebbe una maggiore onestà e la sincerità così come la preoccupazione più genuino per gli ospiti.
