Main reason for choosing Coral Reef Inn & Suites: Facilities

The location right on the lagoon, the full kitchen and the separate bedroom were wonderful. The proximity to the South Shore Center and nearby Alameda restaurants was also a plus.
The limitation was just that the room was so large that the maid service could not clean it all every day, however we always had fresh sheets and towels when we wanted them. The trash was taken out everyday. It might be helpful to have a way to upgrade the maid service.

Nice inn, comfortable lobby, adequate breakfast and nice accommodations.
Bed could have been more comfortable. No kitchen utensils etc. receipt for my stay was not emailed to me as the front desk told me it would be when I left. Perhaps because the desk clerk was talking in her phone she forgot.
