It is clean, quite and nice place.
I did not like the fact that there was a mis match between the web discreption of the room and the real room we got. The web discripe the room as a (family room 2 adult and 2 kids) but when cheking in we told it is 2 adults and only one kid, and will be extra charge for adtional kid.

Food is extremely overpriced for its quality. Service is very bad, especially at the restaurant. After bringing the bill to me, the waiter was standing right next to me tapping his fingers on the table awaiting for me to pay. We booked a room with a terrace and Indian Ocean view. We got a communal lawn outside with a pond view... My wife and I are regular visitors in Fujairah but first time at Rotana Fujairah and I guarantee you we will not be coming back again.

The location of the Resort is very good with easy access to the beach. The swimming pool is excellent with a very nice water slide.
The rooms and bathroom were both cramped (as compared to similar priced properties in similar locations). The check-in was extremely delayed and we had to wait for 4 hours (upto 7pm) to get our room which led us to lose that evening.

Pool area and reasonably good service
We had dinner at Waves and Lunch at Sharkey's - and in both cases the food quality was poor for the price.

The Kids play area was very nice and esp the child minders were very professional. Two thumbs up. The room was also quite alright along with the pool and facilities.
The biggest disappointment and turn-off were the dirty glasses that were given to us at the beach side cafe not once but twice. It was a good thing that we had our own disposable glasses also the service was slow. THIS WAS A BIG TURN-OFF !!
