The staff was helpful, the location couldn't have been better, and the room was small but fine. I really liked having the shutters to keep out noise and light. And they have free wifi- a real plus. The only problem had nothing to do with the hotel. On the day of our departure the city decided to tear up the one way street and then some man left his car in the middle of the road, so it was extremely difficult to exit the garage. We actually stayed twice at this hotel, at the beginning and at the end of our trip. Definately a good one.
