It was very close to the motorway, so very convenient for our stopover on the journey to Bordeaux. We had a dog with us on our journey and the surrounding area of the Campanile was good for exercising the dog. The bed and room were comfortable.
The airconditioning did not work in our room and on arrival it was very stuffy in the room so we could have done with the aircon working even if it had been just for an hour or so to cool the room down. The restaurant staff seemed quite inexperienced and even though I ordered French beans with my meal I ended up with salad, but the waitress did bring me a plate of beans once I'd pointed it out.

Hostess pleasant and efficient: we called two times to ensure the arrival time (23h) for the award of the keys and because we had requested a cot, she wanted to know what room he had the install because we had booked two rooms for 3 adults.
Yes, the heater in the bathroom: in August it was very hot, especially in the bathroom, so I just pressed a button once to turn off the heater that actually was not running and starts pressing said button. For 5 minutes without pressure and possibility to stop it. and as I thought they had on, I press on it again to turn it off, and as I turned I saw the instructions on the wall. 10 min heating later, the heat was so épouventable!
