Overall the hotel was very good and the staff were generally very helpful and pleasant. However, I don't think the Reservation department are good For instance, when I made my reservation I specifically said we were coming on honeymoon and I wanted a double room with a sea view which afforded the maximum sunshine during the day. The room we were allocated had twin beds!! - on our honeymoon???? and we got no sunlight throughout the day. In fairness, we were able to move to a much better room after a couple of days. The one thing which didn't please was the location for the evening entertainment. There was little chance of finding a seat where the numerous pillars didn't block the view of the performers and the large screen video was of very poor quality.
