Was close to my granddaughter's university.
Found a roach in my bed the first night. Was offered another room but it was late so I just slept in the other bed. The next day ALL beds were stripped and made with clean linens. However the last day of my stay, nothing was done in my room except someone removed the towels I hung up to be used again--bed not made, bathroom not cleaned,(hair in sink) and garbage not emptied.

The price.
I checked in on a Sunday and when I went to take a shower Monday morning for a meeting, there was NO hot water. Also with the road construction,it is down to a one lane feeder and had to drive 4 miles out of the way to get back to hotel.

The rooms were less than appealing. the carpet was old and tattered and the carpet felt damp or soiled. Was not impressed at all.
