Easy to check in and out
Smokers on the balcony made my room smell like smoke all night. In a none smoking area. At least the did not smoke in the room

The helpful staff, spacious room, good location for me.
No reflection on the venue but bad timing for me - a prom was held close to my room so the live music entertained Me we'll past midnight.

The rooms were very clean. The extra items I requested were waiting in the room. All of the staff were very friendly, courteous and professional
The check-in process could be faster. I don't work in the hotel industry, but if the room is paid for, I feel it should be just a matter of coding the card keys and pointing me in the general direction of my room

The place was spotless. While we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping, it left a great impression on us! The service at the breakfast in the morning, was amazing. There was tons of food to choose from. We will definitely be back! Great job
