Beautiful suite with full kitchen. Great gift package for our pet.
The king size duvet was very heavy and the satin cover made it slip onto the floor constantly.

All was good
The reader cards to get into the suite and elevator are not working good at all since it erases itself numerous times. Several times (many more times) I had to go to the lobby and desk to have cards validated again The slide in cards other hotels have work with no problems.

The room was amazing!! Internet description does not do the justice. Only thing it is missing is a restaurant within. Moxie is terrible

It was in a perfect location for me and my parents - close to the airport, close to where we were going. We made use of Denny's Cobs and Superstore.
I was pleased to see your treatment of the large group of guests you had - I assume they were refugees and while they have complicated your lives - kids especially - not that they were poorly behaved - just kids - I saw staff being very kind and patient. Could the city not run some activities for them?
