I thought the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is lovely, right next to a river, very peaceful. It is not too far to the entrance to Yosemite, so is a good place to stay if not staying in Yosemite itself.
It could use some upgrading in terms of making sure all rooms have working air conditioners, etc. Ours did not have a working air conditioner, and when we mentioned it, we were offered another room, which we took, and it was much better. The Continental Breakfast offerings were substandard in my mind (no protein, for one thing), and we skipped it after a couple of days in favor of going to a restaurant.

It's a cute place only 15 minutes from the Yosemite entrance and 45 minutes from the valley floor. Very quiet and remote place to stay! We loved it and will book again when we visit Yosemite.

Great location if you can't get accommodations in the park. The place is showing its age and things are a bit shabby but the spacious rooms were nice and clean.
Their record keeping was a mess--took us 45 minutes to check in and they double charged us. The charges were adjusted right away when I called about the mistake, but their system badly needs upgrading.
