It was near ft. Dix very convenient. I would stay there again in the future .

Close to the base and other activities

I was given the wrong room, when I used the hotel keycard the lady in there that was in bed shouted at me "wrong room".I went back and talked to the deskclerk, given a different room. I was then scared all night that the same would happen to me and I would be harmed in some way.I was disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel that is it was not the same as pictured when I looked it up. The other patrons had also told me they had seen bedbugs in the past. I know for a fact that a hotel used frquently here in Ohio was shut down for a few weeks d/t a bedbug sighting. I know a business is a business and it is stressful to run a hotel but I realy don't think I would stay in a days inn d/t this experience. I am sorry for the bad comments but I am a professional nurse and cannot take the chance at being killed or spreading the bugs.

The staff was excellent, they tried to their best to do all they could to make our stay pleasant.

The one and only problem we had was lack of services for handicaped people. I understand the expense of converting a unit to be handicap. However, in the absence of a unit, you should at least have a transfer seat for the bathtub available. My husband is missing a leg, and while with crutches he is very mobile, he is unable to stand in the shower. The purchase of transfer seats by your hotel, would make any future stay easier. To qualify the next question, I would not reccomend to a handicaped person.

Close to the base, the housekeeping staff made sure the bathroom was clean. The front desk staff was friendly.

The blankets had holes in them, the door was kicked in and not repaired, the room was dingy and worn out.
