Came into the city for a concert. Had to call a couple times because I wasn't sure about parking. Each time guest service was very nice about answering my questions.
Cost was a little higher than I would have liked for just a one night stay and barely being in the room. But it's probably part of location and costs of doing business.

It was great access to the xcel energy center for our concert!! Also liked the free shuttle to concert!!

Loved the bed and pillows. Room was very clean.
I thought that for the size of the hotel the bar was very small and very expensive. The restaurant had a very small selection. On a Friday during Lent there should be at least 2 fish or nonmeat options on the menu. There was no morning breakfast offered unless you wanted to go to the overpriced restaurant. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice.
