Staff was phenomenal. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was helpful and polite. They even gave us some delicious warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked in and when we checked out!

Staff was friendly and attentive. Bathtub had a grab bar and bath matt. The bed mattress was amazing.

The lobby, the room and common areas, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in suggesting suggests to see, restaurants and obtaining shuttle services. The location is also excellent and close to a number of interesting tour sights. Has an indoor pool and fitness area. I look forward to returning to the Doubletree Hotel
I would avoid first floor rooms by exit door to parking lot, as it can be moist when exit door closes on a regular basis.

Proximity to locales in St. Augustine.
Oh yes. This is a very tired hotel, it's almost impossible to imagine that Ramada appreciates how tired the facility really is, and more importantly that they want their logo handing outside this facility. The staff reflect the appearance, and initially were unfriendly (bordering rude) - however, this softened over my two day stay. I would not return, if if it meant a considerable savings over other hotels. It's time tear down and rebuild.

The most filthist floor in the room i have ever put my feet on, had to scub our feet before we left and put our shoes on in the bathroom.

Location was reasonable.
1. pool hours only 12 noon to 8:00pm. families could not enjoy in the heat after a day long trip to tourist activities. 2. pool deck VERY rough and HURT feet to walk on. 3. Breakfast room VERY small-could not sit in the room due to crowding. 4. Maid omitted cleaning room one day, could not get clean towels from office and maintenance man "off duty". 5. King bed room very small-could not walk by each other in room.

Thankfully, the sheets were clean & there were no bed bugs.
VERY run down. I was afraid to put my bare feet on the carpet & the bathroom tile floor. I kept my flip flops on. Will not be staying there again.

El trato de las trabajadoras de la carpeta y el ambiente, tranquilo del hotel.
Que la bañadera del cuarto estaba con una mancha amarilla y cuando nos bañamos se fue, lo que indica mala limpieza.
