Staff was helpful, location was excellent... the room was cozy. I had been referred to stay from a friend who frequently visits the area and glad I stayed there.

I realize the hotel was busy but I was out a better part of the day and would come back to rest or freshen up about 4pm and my room had not yet been cleaned.. coffee supply was not replenished and I had used both drinking glasses and never cleaned or replaced.. kind of picky stuff .. next time I would say something to staff but I used paper cups that were also in the room. I wish the dining options were more complete. I didn't care for the menu that much so ate elsewhere.

Elevator from parking garage was broken. All doors to the outside are not automatic.

Have stayed in many 5-Star hotels, my stay at the Abraham Lincoln hotel was excellent - staff was very knowledgeable and friendly - will stay again next time in Springfield

Being so close to historical sights and friendliness and helpfulness of folks at the desk. The cookies didn't hurt either.

The price of the room seems a little high.
