Very basic, but clean enough. Hot/cold shower, hot water for tea/coffee in the hotel hallway of each floor. Front Office Staff performance was OK though quite cold and without any initiative. I travel a lot and stay in various hotels, various standards, many even lower quality but the service was great and honest. I guess in some countries people are more hospitable that in others.

I liked the friendly assistance of your staff especially the Filipino staff who very gladly assisted us in pointing the direction on which bus and MRT to take in going to our destinations.
I think you should provide two pillows per person and also provide them with bar soap. There was no refrigerator inside the room and safe box to keep our valuables like passports and plane tickets

1. Location (it's not far fr airport, merlion park, orchad rd)
2. Transportation (taxi and bus availability)
Staff hospitality, needs to be upgrade.
