Location was perfect for the 'witch' neighborhood. Everything was better than I thought it would be. Everything was nice and clean too.

Loved the quaintness of the hotel. Wonderful location near everything....public transportation, the city itself, great restaurants, etc.
There isn't a full length mirror in the room. Would like a full length mirror on the back of the closet door.

The location, near downtown and the water. The gorgeous flowers and display over the lobby fireplace. The Regatta Pub (we love pubs and regattas) and the Bloody Marys (ditto). The room, the soaps and lotions. Can't remember the beds, so I guess they were OK. At this price, though, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. We ate in the pub, though, for convenience.
As above...breakfast included would have been a solid 10.

Outstanding location & included parking. Pleasant and always helpful hotel staff, including the parking lot attendants, stood out. Facilities, including our room, lobby and swimming pool, were clean and very comfortable.
The up-charge of $15 per day for a mini fridge seemed tacky.
