Clean
It was very noisy the morning of our departure starting around 0830. there was banging that suggested construction. it lasted until our departure. When I checked out I mentioned it to the registration desk. the reply was, we are replacing carpet.
I understand renovations but an apology would have been accepted

The staff were very helpful! I appreciated the shuttle service to and from UT Dallas each day. The price, quality, and taste of the restaurant food was reasonable and worth staying at the hotel rather than going to other restaurants.
The first afternoon, a young man (employee?) walked right into my room without knocking or apologizing. After this I kept the lock on every time I was in my room.
