The management was very helpful when I discovered I booked a two-occupant 1 king bed room instead of a two-occupant 2 double bed room and helped me fix it with no additional charge.
Our room did not have a Do Not Disturb sign, so I requested one. That one disappeared the second day, so I had to request another one. This was not that big of a deal, just an inconvenience.

We were not warned about the pool being closed by public health, even when we ask for directions to pool and for towels. after my children were already swimming,for quite a while, we saw a sign from public health closing the pool.

The bed was quite comfortable. The microwave and mini refrigerator were nice to have. There was plenty of hot water.
The building needs attention. Painting inside and out, cleaning and fixing small things, such as tile and grout in the bathroom, carpet stains, sad, drooping curtains in the bathroom, etc.
