Room was very comfortable and restaurant was great.
There was a problem with shuttle service to airport.We scheduled the shuttle for 4:30 am which is when it was suppose to start service. When we arrived at the lobby we were told there wasn't a driver today & he had called a taxi. The taxi didn't arrive for 25 more minutes although the clerk called them. We barely made our flight at 6:05 am.

The staff was very courteous. The room was very large and clean. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very clean and well organized and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites to everyone. Mildred Taam
