The staff is really friendly
I had a cord in front of my door which I had to play with the door in order to get to it to lock properly. The room needed a little maintenance.

It was a good environment, no disturbances and great timely requests.
One thing was an issue. The air conditioning was out for a bit but, was repaired quickly.

Very reasonable price. All the tennis courts and pools are great! Also the club.
The bed was way too hard as it felt as though my bone was rubbing on the mattress as I tried to sleep on my side. Need mattresses with some give.

I had a hookers approach me and try to negotiate a price, the gym was full of broken equip, the first room loaded with a broken cell on the tolit and was so smokey it turned your eyes we were locked out of our 2nd room for 3 hours when the electronic local messages up. Plus me and my son were are up by bed bugs.

We were 2only had 1washcloth. Had trouble/door keys as we arrived tired, checking was very slow.
